Home dairying FTW!

I've gotten out of the habit of straining our milk everyday. This is the result: 3 gallons at a time. I've had my cereal for brunch, and will do ice cream soon. Around here we call Uncle Josh the "cereal monster" because when there are milk and cereal on hand that is all he eats, and he eats bunches of it. One of the bonuses of a goat milking setup is we are very rarely short on milk (only when we make up a bunch of cheese or something). I just strained up all this milk and the past two days I've given all the milk to the pig as well.
