Goat Milking

The fruits of my milking endeavors in the last 3 days. About 2 gallons of fresh goat milk. Just waiting on Lindsay to get home from the mountains and start trying out the new cheese cultures and accoutrements the folks at Tanner Manor passed our way after getting out of the goat bid'ness. So hopefully we'll be cheese self-sufficient sooner rather than later.

You can get the blue lidded BPA-free containers at Dollar Tree.

Sink drain catch costs $1. Perfect fit for whatever filter you choose.

I reuse spaghetti sauce jars to collect milk in straight out of the teat.
