This is something I shared a few days ago that I found interesting but it somehow got lost in feed limbo. Now Michael Pollan is sharing it. Has a very interesting message and might influence someone who wouldn't normally care about this kind of thing to pay more attention to the food industrial complex.

For those that don't know who Pollan is he has written some very interesting books on different food related subjects. The Botany of Desire being one and The Omnivore's Dilemma being another.

  1. Interesting - I liked the ending. We eat less and less processed foods, have been eating less for years now, and now we are to the point that if we eat an old favorite as a treat - we don't feel good after. I think it's just that our bodies are less used to the junk and can't handle it the same once it gets our of our system.

Thanks for taking the time to comment! I really appreciate the input and will do my best to respond quickly if need be. Thanks again for reading!
