No Yeast Pizza Crust

What was left of this homemade pizza after dinner.
I got the basis of this recipe from Cooks.com (as I have been doing a lot lately). I wanted to make a pizza the other day but didn't want to have to wait hours for the dough to rise etc, so I went searching and found this recipe and made only slight changes to it.

No Yeast Pizza Crust

2 ½ c.  Flour
2 ¾ tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 tblsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¾-1 c. Water
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions:  Mix all dry ingredients well. Add oil & water. Mix until dough-like then knead 3-4 minutes. I split mine into two pieces and flatten it out thin into a small cast iron skillet and the other half onto a cookie sheet. Use a pinch of corn meal and/or oil on each to help stretch it out. Get it stretched out and pinch together any tears and then put in a 400 degree preheated oven for about 5-10 minutes. Pull it out and add your toppings. Cook until cheese is melted and browning at the edges.
