Spring Time

Finn and I have been working on a few projects around the house the last few days. Earlier this week we dug post holes and cut some crosses to use for a clothesline. Yesterday we set them in quick-crete. Today we worked on cleaning out the garage and taking some stuff to the thrift store.

If I can find a spot to put all my good lumber in the garage I might be able to actually get it organized. As it sits right now I have multiple stacks of lumber that are earmarked for all kinds of projects that I have been putting off.

I am leaning towards breaking out the paint tomorrow and painting a bunch of things that need it around the farm: the chicken tank, half the shed, some lawn furniture, the new clothesline posts, etc. I've been putting it off until I had multiple things to paint, but now that I think about it, it seems like Lindsay said it is supposed to rain...

Gotta repair the goat fence, install a new poultry area, and of course work on the garden... Spring time.

  1. Sounds like life around here. We have sheet metal and lumber for all kinds of projects and all of it is out in the elements.

Thanks for taking the time to comment! I really appreciate the input and will do my best to respond quickly if need be. Thanks again for reading!
